West Zone Financial Inclusion Conclave

We are glad to inform you that Sa-Dhan is organizing a Regional Conclave on ” Promoting Innovations and Technology in Microfinance with Refined Understanding” on 04th September, 2024 at 09:00 AM, Pune, Maharashtra.

The conclave provides a unique platform for dialogue, deliberation, information sharing and forging synergy and partnership between stakeholders. The conclave will center on deepening our understanding of microfinance, including looking ahead to its future and contemplating the contributions that technology may provide. We will discuss several issues regarding borrowers’ lives affected by microlending. We will also attempt to dig deeper into financial resiliency and look at what paths we could take toward that end. The conclave will feature several panels featuring leading speakers from a wide range of microfinance sectors – practitioners, bankers, regulators, and others.

Since the conclave is mainly to focus on ‘Fostering Inclusive Finance’, the conclave will be of great relevance to a great institution like yours , who have worked significantly on financial inclusion. We are expecting more than 80 participants and around 15 plus speakers to attend the conclave. It will also be an ideal place to display your branding and get better visibility. We shall be glad if you can block your calendar for this event. A line of confirmation is highly appreciated.

Sa-Dhan Regional Conference

Sa-Dhan organised a regional conference on financial inclusion for the five South Indian states at Chennai on 22 February 2023. This was the first such regional conference organised by Sa-Dhan. It was a one day conference with four sessions apart from the inaugural session. The conference was inaugurated by Shri K V Shaji, Chairman NABARD and was attended by Shri Hans Raj Verma, IAS, Addl Chief Secretary Govt of TN and Ms. Uma Sankar, CGM RBI, Chennai. More than 200 participants from South India participated in the conference.

Registration fees can be paid through Demand Draft / Online Payment. International payments can only be made through wire transfer.
Please be noted that the fee doesn’t cover accommodation.
REFUND POLICY: Requests received in writing before 15th October 2023 will be considered for cancellation. A 10% handling charge would be deducted from the registration fee and the balance refunded by cheque. No amount will be refunded after. The registration form with the payment details should be sent to conference@sa-dhan.org
