Position Overview: The Vice President - Social and Financial Impact will be responsible for overseeing and managing development projects focused on enterprise promotion, livelihood enhancement and other key areas. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Microfinance Institutions and a proven track record in leading successful initiatives that drive social and financial inclusion.
Key Responsibilities:- Project Management: Develop and implement strategic plans for social and financial impact projects, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals. Lead and manage development projects, ensuring timely execution, budget adherence, and achievement of project objectives.
- Fundraising and Proposal Writing: Lead fundraising efforts and develop compelling proposals to secure funding for projects. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, donors, and community organizations.
- Enterprise Promotion: Drive initiatives to support the growth of MSMEs in rural areas, fostering entrepreneurship and economic development.
- Livelihoods Enhancement: Design and implement programs aimed at improving livelihoods through skills development, access to markets, and financial services.
- Monitoring and Evaluation:Establish robust monitoring and evaluation frameworks to measure the impact of projects and ensure continuous improvement.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial management of projects, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting and implementation.
- Other Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by the management to support the organization's objectives.
- Education: Master’s degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 8-10 years of experience in managing development projects with a focus on enterprise promotion, livelihoods enhancement and rural development.
- MFIs Experience: Extensive experience working with Microfinance Institutions and a deep understanding of the microfinance landscape.
- Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and management skills with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams.

Position Overview: The District Coordinator is a key role responsible for overseeing project activities within a designated district. This role requires a proactive and organized individual with excellent leadership and coordination skills. The District Coordinator will play a vital role in ensuring the successful implementation of the project at the district level.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the baseline survey in the assigned district to identify suitable activities and potential beneficiaries.
- Oversee the development and customization of training materials in English and Gujarati for the district-level teams.
- Coordinate and participate in Training of Trainers (ToTs) programs for Field Coordinators and clients/beneficiaries.
- Supervise the implementation of WLE to ensure effective awareness and training sessions.
- Collaborate with local trainers and resource persons to ensure effective trade-wise and service-wise skill training for potential women entrepreneurs
- Implement the pilot testing of the model by identifying and promoting activities with growth potential within the district.

Position Overview: The Field Coordinator will play a crucial role in the successful implementation of the project, focusing on coordinating and facilitating activities in the field. This position requires a dynamic individual with strong organizational and communication skills, as well as a passion for women's entrepreneurship and community development.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct baseline surveys in the assigned districts to identify suitable activities and potential beneficiaries
- Facilitate the pilot testing of the model by identifying and promoting activities with growth potential for selected beneficiaries.
- Organize and facilitate Training programs for the clients/beneficiaries.
- Implement and oversee the Women Led Enterprise and ensure effective awareness and training sessions.

- Grants Management: Efficiently manage and oversee financial aspects of grants received under FCRA and Non-FCRA to ensure compliance with funding guidelines and regulations.
- Financial Reporting: Assist in preparing accurate and timely financial reports/MIS on grants and donors' reporting requirements for FCRA and non-FCRA funding sources.
- Documentation and Filing: Maintain organised and up-to-date documentation of grant-related financial records and ensure systematic filing of grant-related documents.
- Audits: Facilitate & coordinate internal and external audits related to FCRA and Non-FCRA funding and all necessary documentation for audit processes, and collaborate with audit teams
- Annual Financial Statements: Collaborate in preparing annual financial statements for Income Tax and FCRA compliance and support and facilitate the audit process for these statements.
- Verification and Monitoring: verify and monitor grants, financial closures, and adjustment entries in Tally to ensure accuracy and compliance with financial procedures.
- Legal Compliance: Verify and file legal returns (TDS, GST, FCRA,80G & Income Tax, etc) and ensure timely compliance with all legal financial requirements.
- Bookkeeping and Salary Processing: Update existing books of account along with the finance team, verify salary sheets, account for salaries in different projects as per time sheets, calculate TDS of salaried employees, and prepare Salary TDS Returns.
- Vendor Bills and Claims: Review vendor bills and staff claims by budgetary allocations and organisation SOPs.
- Monthly Closure: Facilitate the monthly closure of financial books.
- Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake any other financial responsibilities assigned on a need basis.
The incumbent is expected to perform the following tasks:
- B. Com with 5 years of work experience or, PG or MBA (Finance) with 3-5 years of work experience (preferably within the NGO or development sector)
- Good written and oral communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and Tally Prime, Volac, Busy
- Knowledge of FCRA rules and regulations Act.
Remuneration: As per qualification and experience, comparable to the industry.
