Job Description:

  • To oversee field-level training of Vitta Sakhis and ensure that training is done as per the plan prepared
  • To deliver or support in training of Vitta Sakhis by Master Trainers
  • To address or escalate operational issues related to training or loan application sourcing
  • To ensure that loan applications as per targets are being sourced
  • To address any concerns of local bakers or issues related to long TAT in loan processing etc.
  • To support data reporting, research, and M&E activities
Qualifications & Experience:
  • Post Graduate. Graduate BBA. BA, B. Com/ MSW/ MA (Sociology / Economics) or equivalent.
  • Experience - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Microfinance. Micro Enterprise MSME and Development Sectors in the Field.
  • Skills should have - advanced Excel and Microsoft Office. PPT
  • Fluency in English, Hindi, Assamese and Bengali is essential.

  • To manage project progress in their respective states
  • To coordinate with State Project Managers of SRLMs for execution of project activities in the state
  • To coordinate with FIs at the state and district level regarding operational issues and loan disbursement
  • To create training calendars for the state for Mentor TOTs and Vitta trainings
  • To address concerns of stakeholders at various levels and address them or escalate them, wherever needed

Qualifications & Experience:

Job Description:
  • Work with the State Government, Local Administration, and other stakeholders to develop annual plans for activities under each component.
  • Lead the District-level team, and ensure a coordinated approach to all components in the district and resolve issues or problems.
  • Coordinating with the project head field coordinators.
  • The District Coordinator will coordinate all activities at the district level, and lead district and local-level planning and capacity-building.
  • Ensure the timely submission of operational reports.
  • Participate in program review meetings.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

Job Description:
  • Manage the daily project activities of the base.
  • Facilitate the work of the local team on various levels.
  • Summarize, evaluate and update on a regular basis the programs.
  • Contribute to past and future programs of the base.
  • Analyse how the situation develops; liaise with other MFls and, with the general coordinator.
  • Be responsible for the application, compliance and regular updating of the security plan in place both by the local team and by visiting expats.
  • Contribute to the monthly activities report.
Qualifications & Experience:

Please be noted that the fee doesn’t cover accommodation.
REFUND POLICY: Requests received in writing before 15th October 2023 will be considered for cancellation. A 10% handling charge would be deducted from the registration fee and the balance refunded by cheque. No amount will be refunded after.
