Key Responsibilities:

About the Role: We are looking for a person who can manage various projects being implemented by Sa-Dhan with the help of donor agencies, both from within and outside the country, for ensuring seamless coordination in day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of implementation of projects and the requirements of various donors for implementing such projects , preparation project reports, dealing with donors, negotiating with them etc. Knowledge of banking, technology, financial inclusion, and various government schemes/ programmes are added values. He / She should also have prior experience in managing cross-functional teams and projects.

Job Description
  • Communication and leading in fundraising in association with our team.

Sa-Dhan being a SRO proactively works with the RBI and micro lenders to advocate requisite changes and innovative policy changes to enhance client protection at the grassroot level, encourage responsible lending and smoothening the operational challenges for the lenders. We are looking for a person who will work with the team on developing various policy notes, deep stick analytical study notes for the microfinance and financial inclusion sector and support in various data report, preparation of dashboards.

    Job Description

  • Conducting primary or secondary research based on relevant topics
  • Data Analysis: Cleaning, verifying, organizing, and analyzing data using statistical techniques, programming languages, and data visualization tools.
  • Interpretation: Interpreting data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to inform decision-making.
  • Reporting: Preparing reports, presentations, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Analytical studies: Study relevant topics – growth and concentration, cost and pricing of credit, trends in indebtedness, underserved areas, etc.
  • State, District-Wise, and pin code-wise analysis: Sharing State and District Risk notes for promoting responsive lending and client protection.

REFUND POLICY: Requests received in writing before 15th October 2023 will be considered for cancellation. A 10% handling charge would be deducted from the registration fee and the balance refunded by cheque. No amount will be refunded after.
