The Agenda and background notes are enclosed with the Notice. 1. Sa-Dhan will take care of your lodging (for one participant per organisation on TWIN SHARING BASIS ) and boarding during the Annual Event, i.e., from 30th August (12 Noon) to 1st September, 2010 (morning). 2. Travel expenses shall be born by your organization to attend the Annual General Body Meeting. 3. Please confirm your participation before 20th August, 2010 by email (agm@sa-dhan.org) along with your travel plan to arrange your accommodation accordingly.
